The JL Industries Embassy 5614V10 is a trimless, fully-recessed fire extinguisher cabinet for a 10 lb extinguisher, made in the USA. The cold-rolled steel tub has a white powder-coat finish and a vertical-duo glazed (clear acrylic) door with concealed hinges and a pull handle. The 1-inch overlapping trimless door gives a clean, finished look for commercial and institutional interiors. This is the non-rated build; if the cabinet is going into a fire-resistance-rated wall you need the fire-rated Embassy 5614V10FX2 instead.

Finish options
White powder coat is the stock finish and ships from inventory. Black, red, and red with a white tub are factory finishes built to order, so allow additional lead time on those. Need a color outside these three, or the same cabinet in a different door style or glazing? Ask us for a quote.
Extinguisher compatibility
Sized for 2.5 to 10 lb portable extinguishers. Fit is set by the extinguisher's cylinder diameter against this cabinet's 5-3/4 in interior (tub) depth, not by weight — a standard 10 lb dry-chemical unit fits, while a wide-body "short" 10 lb or a 20 lb unit is too deep and needs a larger cabinet. Confirm the cylinder diameter on your extinguisher's cut sheet against the tub depth above. See our Fire Extinguisher Cabinet Selection Guide for the full fit matrix.
Going into a fire-rated wall?
The fire-rated Embassy 5614V10FX2 is this same cabinet with a mineral-wool liner, and it needs a larger rough opening: 12-15/16 in × 26-5/16 in × 6-15/16 in against the 11-1/2 in × 25 in × 5-7/8 in this model takes. The two are not interchangeable once the wall is framed, so confirm the wall's rating before you cut the opening. Our Fire Extinguisher Cabinet Selection Guide covers when a rated cabinet is required.
Placement and mounting height follow the NFPA 10 requirements.
