Wooster-exclusive CT™ (chemically tipped) polyester filaments give Silver Tip brushes their brilliance. These filaments have a full-bodied feel, but they're thin, flexible, and delicate enough to almost erase brush marks. These brushes have excellent responsiveness and bend recovery, making them ideal for making crisp, single-pass cuts. Silver Tip brushes are good for leveling and smoothing with all paints, but they are especially useful for applying enamels to metal, varnish or polyurethane to wood, and thin water-based coatings.
