The adult Pad-Pak is the single replacement cartridge for HeartSine Samaritan PAD AEDs: battery and adult electrodes together in one unit with one expiration date. Replace it after any use of the AED, or when it reaches its expiration; either way it is one swap, not separate pads and battery purchases on different schedules.
