The JL Industries Clear Vu 1527G25 is a semi-recessed fire extinguisher cabinet with a clear acrylic bubble in place of a framed door, made in the USA. The full-view dome keeps the extinguisher in plain sight, which is the whole point of a bubble cabinet: nothing to open to check the gauge. This is the satin anodized aluminum build with a 3 in rolled trim, and the G25 door style adds the Saf-T-Lok, so the cabinet stays visible but does not open without a key.

Extinguisher compatibility
The tub is a shallow 4 in deep with the bubble projecting 2-1/2 in in front of it, and JL requires the extinguisher to hang from a J-hook mounted to the back of the tub. JL rates this size for its standard 2.5 to 10 lb dry-chemical extinguishers, plus clean-agent units to 5 lb and 5 lb CO2. Because the depth budget is tighter than a standard cabinet, confirm your extinguisher's cylinder diameter against the tub depth and bubble projection before ordering. Where this model fits
The 3 in rolled trim projects further than the flat and square trims in this series, which is why it is not one of the ADA models. In a corridor or other means of egress, use the 1515 flat trim or the 1516 1-1/2 in square instead.
