ZING RecycLockout Cable and Hasp Lockout 6 Ft

When you need to lock out multiple energy sources on a single piece of equipment, a cable and hasp combo device does the job in one step. The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Cable/Hasp Lockout combines a 6 ft coated steel cable with a hasp body that accepts up to 6 padlocks, each with a shackle diameter up to 3/8". Wrap the cable around a valve, breaker, or multi-point energy source, run it through the 1" hasp hole, and each technician on the job locks in with their own padlock. This keeps the equipment locked out until every worker has signed off and removed their lock, which is the core requirement of a proper 1910.147 program.

The hasp body is molded from recycled plastic and made in the USA, with pry-resistant tabs that stop tampering while the device is in service. It carries UL Environment Claims Validation for recycled content, so it counts toward sustainability initiatives and LEED credits without cutting corners on function. Each unit ships with a "DANGER, Equipment Locked Out, Do Not Operate" label already applied, so there's no separate labeling step before you put it to work. This device supports facilities building out a lockout/tagout program under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 and pairs well with our other lockout tagout devices for group lockout situations.
