ZING RecycLockout Combined Hasp and Tag

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Combined Hasp and Tag does two jobs in one device. It locks out a switch, valve, or energy isolation point and gives you a built-in tag for equipment status. The hasp opening takes up to 6 padlocks with shackle diameters up to 7/20", so a whole crew can lock the same point during service or repair. The attached label reads "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE" and is writable, so you can add equipment ID, date, or technician name right on the device. This is standard equipment for any facility running a lockout program under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, where group lockout and clear labeling are part of the written procedure. This hasp and tag is made in the USA from recycled plastic, 99% polycarbonate. The recycled content claim is UL Validated through UL Environment Claims Validation, not a UL safety listing, so it backs up sustainability reporting and can support LEED credit documentation without overstating what it means. At 7"L x 3"W x 3/5"D, it is compact enough to store on a lockout station but sized to handle multiple locks at once.
