ZING RecycLockout Cylinder Lockout

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Cylinder Lockout keeps gas cylinders shut down while equipment is serviced or stored. It fits over neck rings up to 3 1/2 inches in diameter and covers valve stems up to 1 1/4 inches, blocking access so no one can open the cylinder by accident or without authorization. The housing accepts up to three padlocks with shackles as thick as 5/16 inch, which lets you run group lockout with multiple crew members each holding their own key. This is a straightforward fit in any 1910.147 program where compressed gas cylinders are part of the equipment being isolated during service.

The lockout is molded from 99% HDPE plastic, all of it post-industrial recycled content, and it carries UL Environment Claims Validation confirming that recycled content claim. It's made in the USA from recycled materials, so it works toward sustainability goals and can support LEED credit documentation on a project. At 7 inches by 5 inches, it's sized to handle standard cylinder neck rings without adding bulk to your lockout kit.
