ZING RecycLockout Gate Valve Lockout 2.5 to 5 Inch

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Gate Valve Lockout fits gate valves in the 2.5 to 5 inch range and stops the handle from being turned while a valve is out of service. It rotates freely around the hand wheel once installed, so it stays put but does not restrict placement to one fixed position. The device accepts up to 3 padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" in diameter, which lets multiple crew members apply their own lock during shared maintenance work. This is standard equipment for any isolation point in a facility running a lockout/tagout program under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147.
