ZING RecycLockout Small Plug Lockout

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Small Plug Lockout is a hollow cylindrical shell built to cover an energized electrical plug so it cannot be inserted into an outlet during service work. It fits plugs up to 2" in diameter and 3" in length with a cord diameter up to 1/2", making it a good fit for smaller equipment plugs on the shop floor. Three locking holes let you require multiple sign-offs before power is restored, which supports group lockout procedures under an OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 program. The bright label reads "Danger - Do Not Operate - Equipment Locked Out" so anyone walking the floor knows the plug is off limits. This device is molded from 100% recycled polycarbonate and carries UL Environment Claims Validation for that recycled content, so you can back up sustainability claims and LEED credit documentation with real third-party validation instead of a marketing line. It accepts up to three padlocks with shackles up to 9/16" in diameter (padlocks sold separately), giving each authorized worker their own lock point on the same plug.
