ZING RecycLockout Station Empty 6 Padlock

The ZING Green Safety Products RecycLockout Station is an empty wall-mount unit built to organize padlocks, hasps, tags, and cable ties in one central spot. It holds padlocks with a shackle length of 1.5" or 3", and its molded hooks each store two padlocks or hasps at once. You can also lock a padlock directly onto the hook for extra security when the station isn't in active use. At 11"H x 11"W and 2.5" deep, it mounts easily near equipment where lockout points are grouped, giving crews one place to grab what they need before starting a lockout procedure under an OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 program.

The station is made in the USA from recycled impact-resistant plastic, using 99.9% PETG and 100% post-consumer recycled plastic. It carries UL Environment Claims Validation for recycled content, which supports facility sustainability goals and can contribute to LEED credits. Since this is the empty version, you stock it with your own locks, hasps, and tags, or pair it with our other lockout tagout devices to build out a full station.
